Have questions before booking a service? Our Virtual or Face-to-Face Consultation offers personalized guidance tailored to your beauty needs. Virtual consultations are ideal for cornrows, locs, extensions, and other non-chemical services. Please note, virtual appointments are conversational and basic in nature, as the service professional is unable to fully analyze the hair’s integrity without seeing you in person. Recommendations will be provided to the best of their professional ability, and you may be invited to visit the salon for a more detailed, face-to-face assessment if needed.

Our styling services are priced according to the care and work required for your hair. Relaxer is a hair treatment that chemically straightens and relaxes curly or wavy hair, resulting in smoother and more manageable locks. Chemical Relaxer Pre-Service Disclaimer To ensure scalp safety and optimal results, clients scheduled for a chemical relaxer service must not shampoo, co-wash, condition, oil, scratch, or manipulate the hair or scalp for 48 hours prior to their appointment. Arriving with freshly washed hair, product buildup, scalp irritation, or excessive manipulation may result in the service being modified, rescheduled, or declined for safety reasons. TruByouti is not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow pre-service instructions. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to follow all pre-service requirements.
