CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. When it does, we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Each appointment is time reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, that time may no longer be available to another guest. Our policy helps protect the time set aside for your service while allowing our team to maintain a consistent and dependable schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 30% fee based on the scheduled service(s). No-Shows A 30% fee applies when an appointment is missed without notice. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a no-show may affect our ability to reserve future appointment times for you. Depending on the circumstances or history of missed appointments, future services may be limited to walk-in availability only, online and advance booking privileges may be removed, or TruByouti may determine that we are no longer able to accommodate future services. Our goal is never to make life more difficult when unexpected situations happen. This policy simply allows us to protect appointment time that cannot always be replaced on short notice. We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for the time reserved by our service professionals.
